paneer: I recently finished my undergrad studies (women's and gender studies) and am taking a year off to work and apply to medical schools. I'm living in somewhat-sketchy Willimantic, Connecticut and trying to keep myself entertained with various cooking and crafting projects. I also love swimming in rivers and lakes (but the ocean is nice too), making lists, strolling around town, and baking all kinds of bread. I've always been a picky eater, but I recently started to grow up a bit. Now I eat sushi and spicy things.
